Insfired Programs
Our programs are designed to help athletes realise their utmost potential. With a meticulously designed curriculum and integrated skills and fitness program, each module caters to the specific needs of the athletes.

Ignite (reference age group 6 - 11) - Multi Lateral Preparation
This is where it all begins. An introduction to overall athletic ability and physical development using basketball as a medium. While the athlete will be introduced to the game of basketball, the focus will be on giving them the freedom to explore and enjoy! Ignite will emphasize on:
- Focus is mainly on developing motor skills: running, jumping, throwing, and catching.
- Introduce some basic basketball fundaments in a FUN environment.
- Implement these skills through gameplay.

Spark (reference age group 12 — 14) - Beginning of Sports Specialization
The goals at this level are to build on the athletic base of the player while
introducing them to higher level, complex basketball skills. Embers will emphasize
on:
- Strong focus on the fundamentals, mainly dribbling, shooting, footwork, defense
- Start the process of having players play 1 on 1, 2 on 2, and 3 on 3.
- Introduce basic 5 on 5 concepts—pass and cut, pass and screen away, proper spacing.
- Be more focused, but don’t forget this is just a GAME—keep it fun!!

Inferno - 14 years plus Elite, advanced specialisation
The inferno focuses on intense, high performance training for athletes who are looking to achieve specific, targeted goals and are looking to commit to basketball professionally. Inferno is a customized program based on the needs of the specific athlete and will bring in top trainers, players & athletes from across the country (and globally) to offer the high performance module. Features of Inferno:
- The focus will be on learning how to play proper team basketball with an emphasis on teamwork and tactical play.
- Inferno works on specific individual skills, ironing areas of work and enhancing areas of strength.
- All this while maintaining a focus on building better athletic abilities – Strength through introducing weights, speed while highlighting explosive speed and more athletic ability through targeted drills working on specific muscle areas.
Basketball
Early Years program (6-10)
A program with emphasis on physical development and neuromuscular co-ordination. The focus areas are
- Development of motor skills such as running, jumping, passing and catching
- Introduction to the game of basketball
- Learning of basketball fundamentals such as simple dribbling, passing and shooting
- Developing an acumen for team working through game plays, group activities
The Foundation Program (11-14+)
The program continues to work on developing athletic ability along with complex basketball skills through repeated drills and its usage in game situations. The focus areas
- Development of individual skills such as dribbling, shooting, passing, footwork, defense, rebounding etc…
- Inculcate floor movements and execution of individual skills.
- Introduction of competitive drills like 1on1, 2on2, 3on3.
- Introduction of offensive and defensive team concepts- pass, cut and replace, on/off-ball screen and roll, floor spacing, person to person defense, ball reversal etc.
Inferno 14+, Advanced Specialization, Group training
A highly intense program for the high performance athletes who are looking to compete at serious levels. The focus areas are
- Progression of Individual skills development at a highly competitive and game speed level.
- Building individual fitness (strength, conditioning, explosiveness) through weight training and targeted muscle development
- Team training and tactical play
- Mental strength development through challenging the limits
Inferno 13+, Advanced Specialization, Individual training
A program suitable for the ones who are ready to challenge themselves physically and mentally and go beyond their limits. It’s a highly effective program for the athletes who are competing at higher levels and are ready to take their game few notches higher. The focus areas are customised for the individual’s requirements
- One on one and small group trainings, Works on enhancing strengths and overcoming inhibitions/weaknesses.
- an intense level of Skill training
- taking the fitness to next level
- Individually designed on court and off court routine
- Combined with guidance on nutrition to get maximum results
Fitness programs 18+
- Fun N focussed training programs for specific goals of strength, mobility and flexibility etc.
- For runners, players, high-performance athletes who want to enhance their performance
- For Individuals who want to accentuate their fitness training regime with sports
Football

Martin
Head Coach – (Football skills and Fitness)
Martin is a national-level player originally from Nigeria. He has successfully founded and runs Green Eagles Academy. His following goes beyond years, once an athlete trains under him, never ever wants to leave him. He follows the European method and is a core disciplinarian.

Vikas
Trainer – (Adult and Children Fitness)
A highly energetic trainer who can take any person and convert them into an athlete. All you need to do is show up. Vikas is a 100-metre national-level athlete and specializes in speed and agility training.
