Our programs are designed to help athletes realise their utmost potential. With a meticulously designed curriculum and integrated skills and fitness program, each module caters to the specific needs of the athletes.
Basketball
Early Years program (6-10)
A program with an emphasis on physical development and neuromuscular co-ordination. The focus areas are:
- Development of motor skills such as running, jumping, passing and catching
- Introduction to the game of basketball
- Learning of basketball fundamentals such as simple dribbling, passing and shooting
- Developing an acumen for team working through game plays, group activities
The Foundation Program (11-14+)
The program continues to work on developing athletic ability along with complex basketball skills through repeated drills and their usage in game situations. The focus areas:
- Development of individual skills such as dribbling, shooting, passing, footwork, defense, rebounding etc…
- Inculcate floor movements and execution of individual skills.
- Introduction of competitive drills like 1on1, 2on2, 3on3.
- Introduction of offensive and defensive team concepts- pass, cut and replace, on/off-ball screen and roll, floor spacing, person to person defense, ball reversal etc.
Inferno 13+, Advanced Specialization, Individual training
A program is suitable for the ones who are ready to challenge themselves physically and mentally and go beyond their limits. It’s a highly effective program for athletes who are competing at higher levels and are ready to take their game a few notches higher. The focus areas are customized for the individual’s requirements
- One on one and small group trainings, Works on enhancing strengths and overcoming inhibitions/weaknesses.
- An intense level of Skill training
- Taking the fitness to next level
- Individually designed on court and off court routine
- Combined with guidance on nutrition to get maximum results
Inferno 14+, Advanced Specialization, Group training
A highly intense program for high-performance athletes who are looking to compete at serious levels. The focus areas are:
- Progression of Individual skills development at a highly competitive and game speed level.
- Building individual fitness (strength, conditioning, explosiveness) through weight training and targeted muscle development
- Team training and tactical play
- Mental strength development through challenging the limits
